During the first gathering, lasted four days long, (December 4-7, 2023), the partners were given the opportunity to learn from each other in order to define the fundamental characteristics that the Consumless Advisor should carry, the bright new actor that the WITH4LESS project seeks to establish in the Touristic sector.
The partners from Bulgaria, Portugal, Greece, Italy, Malta and Turkey, adapted to the role of the trainer and the trainee simultaneously, were placed on the topics of: “Defining Consumless Advisor profile”, “Volunteering, Advocacy and Funding Models”, “Private & public Collaboration”, “Citizenship Rights and Duties”, “Digital marketing tools, Skills / Competences” and “Behaviour, Digitalisation & Communication Tools”.
Moreover, the Training was combined with interactive Role-Playing Exercises, where the partners achieved to co-design the MOOC’s content, dedicated to the ConsumLess Advisors and planned to be delivered by the WITH4LESS project. That way, the ConsumLess Advisor’s role should better be described as that of the facilitator’s, rather that of the advisor’s, by conveying simply practical and tangible solutions.
ANATOLIKI SA, Organization for Local Development, is a partner in the project and participated in the Mutual Learning Training with Ms. Stamatia Petridou and Mr. Charalambos Vassiliadis, who trained the participants on the “Private & public Collaboration”.
