Interreg Euro-MED REPair PERspective – REPper / Project Meeting in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, 25–26 February 2026

The partners of the Interreg Euro-MED REPair PERspective (REPper) project met in Sarajevo on 25–26 February 2026 for the 5th project meeting. The meeting was hosted at the School of Economics and Business, University of Sarajevo and provided an opportunity to present the project’s progress and coordinate the next actions.

ANATOLIKI S.A. participated in the meeting as a project partner and coordinator of Repair Factory Tasks. The organization was represented by Ioanna Kouti, Director of Planning and Management of European Programmes, and Tassos Chatzieleftheriou, member of the project team.

The first day began with a short tour to a student exhibition organized at the university premises within the framework of the project, titled “Repair. Rethink. Redesign. – Young Voices for a Sustainable Future.” The partners were then welcomed by Meliha Bašić, Dean of the School of Economics and Business of the University of Sarajevo. The partners’ meeting continued with presentations on the progress of activities. In particular, ANATOLIKI S.A. presented the actions implemented within the Greek Repair HUB, as well as the results of the pilot training it organized. The training aimed to prepare trainers to integrate the concepts of the repair economy and the circular economy into their educational programmes. Finally, ANATOLIKI provided precise instructions for the completion of the Repair Factory tasks.

On the second day, the progress of the repair nudge was presented. From the Greek side, the Regional Solid Waste Management Agency of Central Macedonia (FODSA) presented the Nudge action implemented in schools (primary and lower secondary level) on the topic of repair, in cooperation with ANATOLIKI S.A. ANATOLIKI S.A. also presented the results of the REPper project’s carbon footprint analysis, highlighting proposals for its reduction by the project partners. The meeting concluded with a session of the project’s steering committee and the planning of the next steps, with partners scheduling their next and final project meeting for May in Bologna, Italy.

The project is co-funded by the European Union and has a total budget of €2,517,740 and a duration of 33 months. The partnership consists of the following 10 partners:
