On Tuesday, May 27, 2025, ANATOLIKI S.A. organized the 5th Meeting of the Regional Stakeholder Group for the project “PROACTsme – Applied Data-Science and AI for proactive SME service.” The meeting was held online and was attended by representatives of ANATOLIKI S.A., the Head of the Independent Directorate for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Support of the Region of Central Macedonia, Ms. Maria Goulaptsi, as well as the Vice-Regional Governor for Digital Governance, Mr. Nikolaos Tzollas.
During the meeting, ANATOLIKI presented the SME support model ‘HelpEmpresa’ from Catalonia, which is considered a good practice of the project. This was followed by a discussion on the possibilities and ways of integrating and/or adapting the model by the Region of Central Macedonia, which serves as the responsible authority for policy change within the framework of the project. The discussion was productive, highlighting several alternatives and proposals for next steps and dissemination activities of the project at the local level. For the current phase of the project, it was deemed necessary to organize a meeting with the Chambers of Thessaloniki, in order to inform them about the Region of Central Macedonia’s intentions regarding the integration of the good practice, to explore synergies as well as to map the specific characteristics they could contribute to it, based on their needs.
PROACTsme aims to improve policy instruments that work towards improving e-Government capabilities, enabling proactiveness, and thus making public services ‘smarter’. The Project focuses on digital transformation to achieve a more personalized and proactive service, leveraging the potential of big data, automated administrative action, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
During its implementation, the Project will promote the exchange of experiences, knowledge, and good practices among 5 EU regions with different stages of development. Special emphasis will be placed on data use and management, interoperability principles and the latest developments in data analysis such as forecasting business needs and promoting services ” Just In Tine”, creating public-private data sharing and business intelligence ecosystems.
ANTOLIKI S.A. participates in the project with the Region of Central Macedonia as Associated Partner.
