ANATOLIKI S.A. participates in the “Ctrl+Alt+Enterprise. Self-employment for social inclusion of vulnerable people in the frame of Erasmus + programme

The Development Agency of Eastern Thessaloniki’s Local Authorities, ANATOLIKI SA participates as partner in the European project στην υλοποίηση του έργου «Ctrl+Alt+EnterPrise. Self-employment for social inclusion of vulnerable people» in the context of Erasmus Plus Program «ΚΑ2 - Cooperation for Innovation and the Exchange of Good Practices Strategic Partnerships for vocational education and training».

General Aim of the Project: To contribute to the improvement and modernization of policies, strategies and actions concerning the training and the social and labour inclusion of disadvantaged people.
Specific AIM of the Project: To enhance the entrepreneurial training and self-employment as a strategy for social and labor integration of disadvantaged persons.

Expected Results

  1. Increase chances of success of the business ideas and opportunities for self-employment of disadvantaged persons
  2. Enhanced capacity of VET, local services for the work and the inclusion of design and manage training and guidance to support self-employment of disadvantaged persons
  3. Increase opportunities for self-employment of the target group of selected disadvantaged peoples and accompanied part of the trial in the project

Expected impact and long-term benefits
Enhancement of entrepreneurship opportunities in key of social and work inclusion of disadvantaged people and at the same time improving the quality and effectiveness of training programs and support designed to self-employment of disadvantaged persons.
It 'also provided an impact at the system level, in the long run, in terms of improvement of networking between services for training, inclusion and work in order to significantly increase the effectiveness and efficiency of all the services involved in the training and work integration of disadvantaged persons.

Final beneficiaries of the project are the disadvantaged people in the VET system, in social cooperation, in the care of social, health and work services.
Activities / Output:

  1. Drawing up of an evaluation model to be used in selecting potential business operators.
  2. Preparation of a model for the evaluation and development of the business idea.
  3. Definition of specific training programmes in preparation for the start-up of the self-operated enterprise.
  4. Preparation of a model to be used in facilitating and providing support to the start-up set up by the vulnerable subjects.
  5. Experimentation and assessment of the models and tools that are identified within the project.

The project will also include seven exchanges, three short-term staff training workshops, one multiplier event and the diffusion of the results.
